At By Your Side Companions, we believe every person deserves support that truly sees them. Not just their disability or their NDIS plan, but them: their story, their personality, and their hopes for the life they want to live.

We are a registered NDIS provider based in Victoria, working alongside people with disability, their families, and carers every day. More than anything, we are companions: people who show up, listen, and genuinely care about the individuals we support.
